Return and Refund Policy

At Shop Trivia Ecomnix, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right. Please review our return and refund policy to understand how we handle returns and exchanges.

Overview

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are not in their original condition or are damaged for reasons not due to our error may not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned for safety, hygiene, or regulatory reasons. These include but are not limited to:

  • Gift cards and eGift vouchers
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Personal care, health, or hygiene products
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

To complete your return, you must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the product manufacturer unless instructed by our team.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued in certain cases, such as:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use
  • Opened software, games, or media discs
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us
  • Returns received more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your item. You will also be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company — it may take some time for your refund to appear.
  • Contact your bank — processing times vary by institution.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@shoptriviaecomnix.com with your order details, and ship your item to the address listed below.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking confirmation.
